  Good morning Karenika,

  I have been meaning to ask you for ages if you would be willing to share a few more details about your new healthy eating plan. I struggle with the desire to make a home cooked, plant-based meal and the ease of eating high fat, high sodium, convenience foods. You have mentioned in the past your dislike of cooking, so I wonder if your fresh, fruits & veggies plan might be one that would work for me. If you are willing to share, that would be super.

    happy to share Amy. You’ll see most of what we do is pretty boring but i will do my best to share something this week! 🙂
