The Savor Project – Week 39

And here’s the next spread :

here’s a closer up of the left side:

The first story is about jake and david going to the stanford football game. Then one about Brave Girls Art school and my birthday.

And here’s the right side:

Here is one about david doing homework and then one about Nathaniel’s class practicing for a class photo and one about david and class puppets.

Art along the bottom as usual.

Another great week. Happy Savoring.

The Savor Project was supposed to be a weekly project for 2012. You can read about my setup here.

Hi Karen, I just listened to you on the Paper Clipping Roundtable episode, “things you return to” and just had to tell you how much I enjoy your approach to scrapping and basically just life. I’ve missed you because my life took a strong left turn and I needed to stop all email updates for awhile. But, I’m working to get things back on track and just signed on again to get your blog updates. Anyway, you were great on the show and I have a question re: December Daily. I have so much from last December that I intended to put in a digital photo book that never happened. Would I be totally missing the point of a December daily to get the kit you referenced and use it to document LAST year’s December instead of working on it on a daily basis? Just saw that you are an October person, too. Happy belated birthday. I’m a true fan of yours!

Cheri, I think that’s not missing the point at all!! As far as I’m concerned, the idea is to preserve memories. anytime and any way you do that is totally and completely ok! 🙂

Absolutely lovely. I just listened to your most recent PRT appearance and love your approach to Project Life. I think your method would really work for me and help alleviate the guilt of falling behind.

    Thanks for the inspiration!
