Page thirteen:
This page is a bit odd, I know. I took a bunch of the leftover paper I had from my sketching pad and glued them down. Then I used pan pastels to make the hearts. Then I added a bunch of rubons. A little paint on the edges and I was done. I know it’s simple but that’s what I seem to like. No matter how much I tried, I just didn’t want to add any more to it.
Here’s another look:
more next week.

Wow – love it!
not odd – AWESOME. I absolutely love that idea of painting over the scraps. wonderful results.
I’m back to look again. It seems every Friday the babies are here that I sit for but I just have to peek and see what you do.
I don’t this this is odd at all, the complete opposite. First I love that you used scraps and made them into strips for your pages. The hearts are soooo pretty, how did you manage to get all this so perfect over all the layers. The paint is gorgeous and works well together. I don’t think this page needs anything else, it’s lovely just the way it is.
Your collage art every week inspires me and makes me happy, really loving them.
Thanks for sharing and have a good weekend!
Making use of your left over scraps was a brilliant idea! I really like the effect of the page with these strips. Now I know what to do with my own left overs. Thank you!!
Nothing wrong with simple!
Love your journal pages. This last one is just gorgeous with the strips of paper and the texture it gave it. Love the heart too. I want to try to do a journal, currently I just do cards. Thanks for the video, that was awesome!
Love it! This is awesome, you should be very proud of.
