Here are the sketches from this week. I drew a terrible portrait on Wednesday so I decided to challenge myself and draw only portraits for a little while. If the lack of variety bores you, I apologize in advance.

Friday I did this girl.
on Saturday I made the stunning girl.
on Sunday, I drew this girl but just her face.
Monday, I drew this girl but in graphite:
and Tuesday I drew this girl. but again just the face:
and here we are. some are ok others not so great. likely i will do another week of portraits.
I don’t think they lack variety at all, its great to see your progression, and you’ll definitely start noticing how fluent you become and the types of features and your style that start to develop. I did a month of sketches in March on my http://amandatroughtart.blogspot blog and found it really enjoyable. I then went back and found changes that I wanted to make to each and am working on maybe adding colour to some of them… I’m looking forward to see what you do for next week.

These are all stunning, so breathtaking beautiful. I seriously think your a gifted artist. These all seemed to speak to me and show so much emotion. Love the braid on the one girl. Keep up the good work.
