The best way to get out of my head is to move my body.
The best way to connect with my thoughts and feelings is to journal.
The best way to work in my anxiety is to say it out loud and be vulnerable.
The best way to feel stronger is to get more sleep.
The best way to remember what matters is to connect with others.
The best way to care for my body is to feed it nutritious food.

I took some time to reflect and readjust yesterday. I added a few more exercise challenges, changed the way I track food, and condensed the other goals.
I am feeling really grateful for all the exercise, focus, and self kindness this project has brought to me so far.
Every day that I practice radical wellness is a huge win.

Today I took some time to listen and learn from @melody_ross_freebird who always fills my soul. She grounded me and made me look within and filled my day with beautiful wisdom and kindness and art.
I don’t take enough time to stop reading books and do other things.

This project has been incredible.. even on days when I do very few items on my list, I am doing things toward my wellness every single day and making the progress visible.
Meditation, exercise, connection, journaling, and rest. Did it all today.

Some days the smallest things are hard things. Doing something I’ve been postponing forever.
Getting up from the couch.
Making a decision.
Doing some small logistical thing like renewing my license or paying some fee or whatever.
Sometimes the small stuff is way harder than the big stuff.

Sometimes it’s about big steps and sometimes it’s about little ones. Today I received a fun new way to pause and care for my nails. Let’s see how it goes.

We’re almost at the halfway point of this project. I think that’s a great time to reflect and pivot if needed.
I have some ideas but my plan is to take time on Friday and reflect deeply and then make some changes.

Super sore from exercise today. Really didn’t feel like it.

Made more progress today.
I’ve been thinking a lot about what this project is teaching me. About how it’s helping me and where it’s not.
And what it’s making visible. And I continue to be grateful for it.

100 Days of Radical Wellness – Day 43
Today I did a mask, took a bath, meditated and journaled.
Today I took a long walk, rode the bike did core and arms and stretched and did yoga.
Today I ate broccoli and spinach and kale and a salad.
Today I took a cold shower.
Today I out cream on my skin and listened to music.
And it still was a tough day.

100 Days of Radical Wellness – Day 42
I spent most of today sitting on the couch reading. Finished two books and started another one.
It was quiet and lovely.
Then I went climbing and it was hard and quiet on its own way. Also lovely.
Grateful to have both.
Tomorrow I will make a journaling plan!

100 Days of Radical Wellness – Day 41
Maybe life is all about three steps forward and two steps back?
Art and Journaling have come to a screeching halt here. Showers are cold and food and exercise are still in progress. But man that journaling.
I will be brainstorming some plan for both and also some new exercise routine now that I’m climbing more frequently and consistently.
Really grateful for this plan still!
