Weekly Intention: This is my first full week back since before we left for vacation. The week after this I have a class for 2 days and the week after that I have a summit for 3 days and the week after that I am on vacation again. So my intention this week is to focus hard at work and get things on a roll. Let’s see how effective I can be. My intentions at home is to keep our routine and get the kids being intentional, too.
This month’s intention is:Be the Magic: Settle into the summer, see the magic around you and connect with it. Step into it. Honor it. Bask in it. I’ve been doing a lot of journaling for my goals for the second half. Let’s see what I can do here.
One way I will show up this week: present.
One magic I will make this week: I will see if I can start walking again.
This week, I will pay attention to: what I am still trying to cultivate in my life.
This week, I will be kinder to: my husband who is carrying a big load over the summer.
This week, I will focus on pleasing: my todo list.
One new thing I will learn this week: a bunch of manager training this week.
I am looking forward to: getting work started.
This week’s challenges: just trying to get work done in between meetings

Work: move tokyo forward, get nbu meetings on a roll, start new cadence.

Family: be present for the kids and give jake some relief.

Weekly Intention: Here’s the plan for this week: stay in vacation place. This means being calm, content and grateful. There will be a lot of work the first three days of this week and then a 4-day downtime. I am looking forward to both. We have a month of calm, beautiful summer before we get another lovely week off so I plan to work hard and relax often.

Get out of the slump. yep i know it’s getting ridiculous but most days in the last week i’ve just survived and this is one of those thriving things. so this week here’s what we do: i show up, i am present and I do the best I can. This is a crazy week so I will just be present and have no extra expectations.

One magic I will make this week: i have a hair appointment which is always magical. and i will go to school twice so it’s a lot of little moments for me.

Five things I want to move forward in a major way at work and five things for me or home. Let’s make a list, let’s get it done.That’s the plan. Get out of the slump. I still did not do any of it. I did not make a plan, I didn’t get it done, and I did not get out of the slump. So resetting it didn’t work either. So I am going to try to give it one more week and also to set the intention to slow down and be really present this week. Let’s see if that works.

I did not make a plan, I didn’t get it done, and I did not get out of the slump. In fact, I think it’s fair to say I am deeper in the slump. Soooo… not sure what that means for setting intentions this week. Maybe I should just go with what I had set for last week or maybe I should set nothing since I am failing so miserably.

I have been resting. I also would love to meditate a bit this month.

Weekly Intention: This week is a “typical” work week for me. I have a bunch of meetings and I am hoping to make it pretty productive hopefully. The house will be hectic: David and Jake will be in LA on Monday and Tuesday, Nathaniel leaves for camping with school Tuesday-Friday and then David leaves for Spain on Saturday. And then we celebrate Nathaniel’s birthday with a few friends on Sunday. Crazy. But also wonderful for all of them. My intention this week is to hug, love and be there for my kids. Have some conversations at work. And mostly try to be intentional with my time.
This month’s intention is:Making Magic: Go on adventures. Take trips with your family, make small and big bits of magic in your life. I still have one more summer vacation and 2-3 more camps to book but i am hopeful. Made lots of magic. and Jake and David get to take one more trip together.
One way I will show up this week: I am going to be present, get back on schedule and feel a sense of normalcy.
One magic I will make this week: I’ll drop Nathaniel off and miss David’s Science Fair. (I was thinking I might fly last minute but I don’t think I will be able to pull it off.)
This week, I will pay attention to: both my boys. especially nathaniel when david is gone and especially david when nathaniel is gone.

This week, I will focus on pleasing: both of the kids but especially david since he will be gone for 2 weeks after this week.

I am looking forward to: going back to routine hopefully.
This week’s challenges: I have drop off and pick up on Monday, driving Nathaniel to school on Tuesday and I will be super sad to miss David’s science fair.

Weekly Intention: The kids are off from school and I am off from work this week. We have a bunch of different adventures planned that go on for quite some time so my intention is to just be present with as much as possible. I want to be here in this moment as much as I can.
This month’s intention is:Making Magic: Go on adventures. Take trips with your family, make small and big bits of magic in your life. From February, on my plate still has summer vacation+camps but I think i am getting closer. I am working hard to make some magic for my family.
