I really like dishes that are fast and easy and have a good balance of protein and vegetables. This was delectable. Super fast. The longest part was the boiling of the broth.

This one was quick and easy to make. It had too much garlic in my opinion, next time I would make it with a lot less garlic. But fast, easy, and tasty.
100 Dishes – Dish 16 – Chicken Baked with Asparagus
We don’t love paprika or hot sauce so this dish was a bit blander than I imagine it is if you follow the recipe fully. Instead, ours was mostly garlic and lemon. It still tasted good, even though this is not the best looking dish.
I love Israeli Couscous so I was looking forward to making and eating this one and it totally didn’t disappoint. Delicious, healthy and easy to make. We used spinach instead of arugula.
These brownies are super super delicious. Mushy, tasty, really easy. Today was a must have brownies day so we made them and devoured them. Highly recommended.
This one took a while but was really easy to make and super delicious. I did chop off a piece of my finger with the veggie guillotine but all is good. Easy, healthy, warm soup for the cold days.

Night photos aren’t the best. Even though I don’t like ginger or soy sauce, this dish turned out delicious and was super quick and easy to make.

I tried to cook the rice in the instantpot, and it displayed the burn signal since the rice stuck to the bottom, the rice was still cooked and delicious but i have to play with the recipe: https://ift.tt/wfFGnE4
The photo isn’t wonderful and they don’t look super pretty but these were absolutely delicious. We did spinach, peppers and tomatoes because that’s what we had on hand. And we did some cheddar cheese and some feta. I overfilled the muffin tins but they worked out anyway. Absolutely delicious and now we have extras in the freezer to use up.
